We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our hotel in Thanjavur. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth front desk operations, guest satisfaction, staff coordination, and uphold hotel standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise front office, housekeeping, and F&B teams
Ensure excellent guest service and handle complaints
Monitor room bookings, check-ins/outs, and reservations
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
Train and support hotel staff
Requirements:
Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Flexible with shifts, weekends, and holidays
Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus
