Job Description:
EasyBuy is seeking energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Relationship Executives. You will be the face of our brand, assisting customers with their needs, ensuring a great shopping experience, and helping maintain store standards.
Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers with product selection.
Provide information on promotions, offers, and new arrivals.
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints in a polite manner.
Maintain store cleanliness, display arrangements, and stock levels.
Process sales transactions accurately at the billing counter.
Coordinate with the store team to achieve sales targets.
Requirements: Qualification: 12th Pass & Above
Age: 18–26 years
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers are welcome)
Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
