Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring that work is carried out according to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
Conducting regular site inspections to assess progress, quality, and safety.
Reporting to project managers and other senior staff about progress, issues, and any delays.
Resolving on-site problems, addressing issues with contractors or workers, and making adjustments as needed.
